Description

The Eaton County Democratic Party will offer a $500 non-renewable scholarship this year to a current Eaton County student in high school, college, or trade school. They wish to honor a student’s past school performance, current positive contributions to the community, as well as their understanding of The Importance of Voting in a Democracy as determined in an essay written by the student on this topic. The scholarship will be announced at the student’s class night celebration with a scholarship certificate to be presented at the Annual Eaton County Dinner in the fall of 2021. The winner will be asked to read their essay at the Annual Dinner.
