This scholarship will be awarded to a full-time, undergraduates attending an accredited college or high school seniors demonstrating financial need. Applicant must be a resident of Hawai’i and a U.S. citizen; must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; and must participate in canoeing, surfing, kayaking, swimming, diving, water polo, sailing or volleyball, with a record of accomplishments and intention to compete in college. Description

HAPA’s Big Island Chapter provides up to $3,500 in awards to accounting scholars and future accountants each year. These include two $1,000 scholarships for students to use toward tuition at a four-year college or university and two $750 awards for students to use toward tuition at a two-year college. The institutions need not be located in Hawaii, but they must be accredited, and the student must register for enrollment full-time in order to receive the award. The Hawaii Chapter No. 1 OES Scholarship Fund was established in 2015 for the benefit of students affiliated with a Masonic Group.  The scholarship serves the purpose of supporting students in their pursuit of a college education in Hawai’i or in the mainland US.
